BHS FBLA Places 3rd at District Conference
The Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) District 13 Leadership Conference was held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at First Baptist Church of Bolivar. Twenty-two schools from the area were in attendance. The FBLA State Leadership Conference will be held in Springfield, MO, on April 12-14, 2026.

The Bolivar High School FBLA chapter placed third overall. The following competitors placed first in their respective competitions: Broadcast Journalism competitors Jaylee Bryant and Hannah Watkins; Business Management competitors Miles Bethell, Bri Fugere, and Rhyan Roberts; Career Portfolio competitor Ellie Samek; Economics competitor Drew Hamann; Entrepreneurship competitors Jaylen Beach, Cal Coffman, and Logan Roberts; Public Service Announcement competitor Adelyn Carrel; Public Speaking competitor Rhyan Roberts; Social Media Strategies competitors Kami Bryan, DeLaney Daniels, and Heidi Roweton; Visual Design competitors Aubrey Cowden and Emma Goodman; and Website Design competitors Lydia Tilley, Jaylee Bryant, and Aby Kaufmann.
The following competitors placed second in their respective competitions: Digital Video Production competitor Elijah Roller; Introduction to Business Communication competitor Anna Roller; and Marketing competitors Sam Harless and Emma Howes.
The following competitors placed third in their respective competitions: Advertising competitor DeLaney Daniels; Event Planning competitors Jaylee Campbell, Anna Roller, and Cydny Wolhoy; Graphic Design competitors Emma Howes, Aileen Siegfried, and Kai Thiessen; Hospitality & Event Management competitors Jennifer Bess, Aubrey Funk, and Ellie Samek; Introduction to Business Presentation competitors Eli Bryan, Jaylee Campbell, and Kayla Goodman; and Introduction to Public Speaking competitor Anna Roller.
The following competitors placed fourth in their respective competitions: Accounting competitor Drew Hamann; Financial Planning competitors Julia Beehler, Adelyn Carrel, and Jillian Horner; Introduction to Information Technology competitor Tristan Russell; and Supply Chain Management competitor Logan Roberts.
The following competitors placed fifth in their respective competitions: Introduction to
Retail & Merchandising competitor Remia Ross; Project Management competitor Sophia Stimpson; and Public Administration & Management competitor Logan Roberts.
Additionally, thirteen Bolivar students placed 6-10 in other competitive events.
