Liberator Athletics
All athletes must be cleared on Bound by the first day of practice. If they were a Fall athlete, they should be good unless their physical has expired.

If your athlete is getting a new physical, make sure you use THIS form. We only need the last page (page 5) uploaded. You can also download the MSHSAA Pre-Participation Form HERE before you register and fill it out. That form is required each year.
