Bolivar, MO — Bolivar Schools is excited to announce the appointment of Colt Blair as the district’s new Director of Athletics and Activities. A 2005 graduate of Bolivar High School, Colt Blair brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to the community.

"As a former teacher and coach, I know what a special school and community Bolivar is. As the new Director of Athletics and Activities, I can’t wait to hit the ground running to support our students, coaches, directors, and community to continue the tradition of excellence. Blair graduated from the College of the Ozarks in 2010 with a degree in Physical Education, where he also played college basketball. His career includes serving as a Graduate Assistant for Men’s Basketball at SBU and as a PE Teacher and Assistant Coach at Bolivar High School from 2012 to 2017. He subsequently held administrative roles at Buffalo High School and Willard High School before serving as Activities Director for Willard Public Schools from 2022 to 2025.

Blair is married to his wife Crystal, who is also a Bolivar graduate, and they have three children: Beckett, Boston, and Bonnie.
