Paula Hubbert

Paula Hubbert, a school board member from the Bolivar R-I School District, has been elected vice president of the Missouri School Boards’ Association for the 2024-25 year. She was elected during a meeting of the MSBA Delegate Assembly held in Branson on June 24 in conjunction with MSBA’s Summer Summit.

“School board members in Missouri represent the largest group of elected officials in the state. It is an honor and a privilege to be selected to serve in a leadership role for this group of dedicated volunteers who share the commitment to doing what is best for Missouri’s kids,” said Hubbert. “I appreciate the Bolivar School Board for nominating me to run for this position. I hope that my increased involvement in MSBA will benefit our district.”

Shelly Mantel, a school board member in the Mountain View-Birch Tree R-III School District, was elected president-elect by the MSBA Delegate Assembly. Jonathan Russell, a school board member from the Neosho School District, was sworn in as president of MSBA for the 2024-25 year.
